These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://dmat.in and its subdomains, and your enrolment in courses offered by Pandiri Digital Marketing Pvt Ltd ("DMAT.in", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or purchasing our courses, you agree to these Terms.

1. Course Enrolment & Access

• Course enrolment is confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Live Training (₹10,000): Includes 4 months of live Zoom classes (Mon–Sat, 1 hour/day), lifetime recording access, all bonuses, mentorship, and placement support.
• Combo Recordings (₹5,000): Includes lifetime access to all 10 module recordings, certificate, WhatsApp community, and freelancing guidance. Does NOT include live classes, mentorship, or placement support.
• Course access is non-transferable and is granted only to the registered individual.
• Sharing login credentials, recordings, or course materials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

2. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (SuperProfile, UPI, Bank Transfer).
• EMI options may be available — contact us on WhatsApp for details.
• We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.

4. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, recordings, templates, documents, and resources are the intellectual property of Pandiri Digital Marketing Pvt Ltd.
• You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own learning.
• Redistributing, reselling, recording, or sharing course content in any form (screenshots, screen recordings, downloads) is prohibited and may result in legal action and termination of access.
• The DMAT.in brand, logo, and all website content are protected by copyright.

5. Student Conduct

Students enrolled in our courses must:

• Maintain respectful behavior in live classes, WhatsApp groups, and community forums
• Not engage in spamming, harassment, or disruptive behavior
• Not use course knowledge for illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities
• Not misrepresent DMAT.in or claim affiliation without authorization

We reserve the right to terminate access without refund for students who violate these conduct guidelines.

• You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt website functionality.
